Antique Haviland Limoges France Teacup and Saucer Cherubs and Bows
A very beautiful and unusual antique teacup and saucer. Delightful shape to both the cup and the saucer. The saucer is deep and is more of a shallow bowl. Two sides of the teacup are hand painted with cherubs. One is blond and playing and instrument. The other has darker hair and is carrying a torch. Both the cup and the saucer are adorned with swags of pink roses, daisies, forget-me-nots and more. They are all tied together with dreamy flowing blue ribbons. Gold gilt trim.
Marked, "H & Co., L. France" for "Haviland and Company, Limoges France." Slight wear to the gold on the handle, but otherwise excellent condition.
