Refunds and Returns

The Pink Rose Cottage wants happy customers and your satisfaction is very important to us. Please remember that you are purchasing vintage, antique, and preowned items. 

If you receive an item that you are unhappy with, please call us at 814-397-0319 within 5 days of receiving your order. Returns are accepted on a case by case basis. Returns accepted will need to be returned to us in the condition received. Refunds will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs are not refundable.
