Looks like little girls jumper. Cream colored under dress with blue and yellow apron with ruffle trim.
Measures about 17 1/2 by 16 inches. Unused. Great colors. Just a few tiny age spots. Truly nothing bad at all. Nice and sturdy and very cute!
