Vintage Leacock Linen Tea Towel Cocktails for Ladies and Gentlemen
A charming mid-century Leacock linen tea towel featuring whimsical cocktail-hour imagery. The design showcases elegantly posed ladies and gentlemen, anthropomorphic pigs and fish, and playful serving instructions—4 ounces for pigs, 3 for fish, 2 for gentlemen, and 1 for ladies. One lady even sports a cigarette, capturing the carefree spirit of vintage entertaining. All of these terrific 1950's graphics are against a chartreuse background.
Measures 27 by 16 inches. Linen. Has the sewn in Leacock Prints tag. Some minor storage yellowing in a few of the folds (too light to photograph). Overall wonderful condition. Appears unused.
