Antique Die-Cut Pop-Up Valentine's Card Cupid Cherub Blue Roses
This antique Valentine's Day card is so lovely! "Valentine Greeting" is cut out of gold at the top of the card. Lattice is covered with blue roses. A mandolin lays on a table. Cupid is asleep on green grass with a little kitty watching him. Above a cherub opens a chest of Valentine treasures. When closed, the base has the Valentine greeting as is accented with forget-me-not hearts dotted with gold. When opened, the card becomes three dimensional and has a small honeycomb flower at the bottom.
Measures 8 1/2 by 5 5/8 inches. Overall it's gorgeous, but does have a few issues. There are a few minor bends to the sides. The piece of cardboard that holds cupid is missing because of this, the tissue paper on the red honeycomb flower has a few tears. Still displays beautifully.
