Vintage Sparkling Rhinestone Ruffled Brooch
A very pretty and unusual vintage brooch. Antiqued silver-tone metal has a filagree, ruffled design adorned with sparkling rhinestones. The center is layered with matching rhinestones.
Measures 2 1/8 inches round. Unsigned. Excellent condition.
