Vintage Salem China Victory Basket Snack Childs Tea Set
A delightful vintage child size snack or tea set. The pattern is "Victory Basket" by Salem China. Ribbed edges surround a petite point basket of flowers including pink and white roses. Produced after WWII to celebrate our Victory.
This set includes:
4 teacups (demitasse or child size)
2 saucers
4 plates (6 3/8 inches round)
1 handled platter (8 3/4 by 7 3/4 inches)
1 set of open sugar and creamer
Marked, "Basket P.P., by Salem China Co., Made in U.S.A." Some very light crazing and a few scratches. The sugar bowl has a crack that has age discoloration. The base of one of the teacups is discolored. No chips found. Overall, very good condition. Darling to display!
